不具合
Partial or full addresses does not return any output if the 'Use map extent' feature is left uncheck in the Find tool configured to a US Address - Dual Ranges locator style.

The only workaround is to upgrade to ArcMap 10.5.1 or check the 'Use Map Extext' and 'Show all candidates' to return all possible full address results.再現の手順
