不具合
Opening a map document by double-clicking or right-clicking and selecing open in Windows Explorer changes the upper case file name to lower case in the title bar.

In Windows explorer > right click on the map document > Open with > Choose program > Under "Recommended programs:" select ArcMap instead of ArcGIS file handler > check ON "Always use selected program to open this kind of file." > Hit OK. The next time map document is double clicked it will show the the correct case for the file name in the title bar of the map document.再現の手順
