対処法
1. Right click on the link to tagRect, and choose open in new window or tab. The URL to the the document displays in the address bar and will be similar to the following:<a href="http://edndoc.esri.com/arcobjects/9.1/ComponentHelp/esriDisplay/tagRECT.htm" target="_blank">http://edndoc.esri.com/arcobjects/9.1/ComponentHelp/esriDisplay/tagRECT.htm</a>2. Edit the URL in the address bar to make the file name, struct_tagRECT.htm, similar to the following:<a href="http://edndoc.esri.com/arcobjects/9.1/ComponentHelp/esriDisplay/struct_tagRECT.htm" target="_blank">http://edndoc.esri.com/arcobjects/9.1/ComponentHelp/esriDisplay/struct_tagRECT.htm</a>The correct document appears. 3. You can click Show TOC in the top left corner of the window to reopen the TOC in your new window or tab.再現の手順
