On page 148 in the Using ArcGIS Desktop .pdf (under the topic 'Creating an address locator for geocoding'), there are directions and screen shots used to explain the process of importing an address locator to a geodatabase. The process to import an address locator is no longer available in ArcMap/ArcCatalog.
