Non-standard file extensions for MicroStation DGN files are not read in ArcGIS Pro, although the file extensions are supported in ArcGIS Desktop.

While this functionality was available in ArcMap, it is not supported in Pro. Unlike MicroStation, which determines how to handle DGN files based on their internal structure, our system relies on the file extension. Modifying our approach to inspect each DGN file's contents during read operations would significantly impact performance and system efficiency, which is why we’ve chosen not to implement it.再現の手順
