This is expected behavior. Schema changes should be made by either overwriting a service, adding through the map viewer, or through the admin endpoint対処法
Overwrite an existing hosted feature service by publishing a new one. 1. In ArcMap, go to File > Share As > Service. 2. Select 'Overwrite an existing service' in the 'Share as Service' dialog box. 3. Click Next, and select the existing hosted feature service to be overwritten. 4. Click Continue. 5. Ensure 'Feature Access' is enabled under 'Capabilities.' 6. Click Publish.再現の手順
