不具合
Multiple hosted web application templates in Portal for ArcGIS version 10.3 zoom and center into an incorrect location through custom geocode services. This occurs when the General-Single Field address locator style is used and the locator is created in ArcMap 10.3.

This issue does not occur in two of the application templates: 1)Information Lookup 2)Local Perspective This issue appears related to the application template's ability to convert coordinates returned from the locator and zoom and center on the correct location.再現の手順
