対処法
Use Service Pack 5 instead, when it is available. The Spatial Reference page will be available again in that release. Going backwards to SP3 as a workaround removes many fixes that you actually need. You are better off manually modifying the exported file to contain the correct identifier than by reverting to the earlier service pack.再現の手順
