The SetViewpointRotationAsync method to rotate the viewpoint is called every time the view point changes within the ViewpointChanged event causing a build up of viewpoint rotation calls and a performance issue. Once the SetViewpointRotationAsync method is removed from the ViewpointChanged event, the method is only called once and the view point is rotated normally.再現の手順
