The issue causing the map to crash is fixed. The inconsistency with the dashes between ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro is a separate issue.対処法
Check the 'Use symbol types compatible with all clients' check box when publishing the layer from ArcGIS Pro. Map Viewer loads successfully with these symbols without any issues.
