Map services published from ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Server are dropping geometry in some cases when the PBF (protocol buffer) format is asked for the output for a query operation.

This issue is fixed in ArcGIS Server 10.8 as well as ArcGIS Server 10.7.1 Map Services Drawing Patch available at https://support.esri.com/en/download/7756.対処法
- Publish the data from ArcMap.
- Publishing the data from ArcGIS Pro using the feature service capabilities sometimes solves the issue.
