Location tracking in Collector Classic for ArcGIS (iOS, Android) does not work when connected to a Trimble R1 or R2 device although it is confirmed to work prior to 2/4/2020.

Collector Classic for ArcGIS (Android, iOS) has been retired and is no longer being updated. Esri recommends the ArcGIS Field Maps app as an alternative to Collector Classic as it combines the functionality of Classic Collector, Explorer, and Tracker.
