This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.Workaround
- Use the Export button located above the chart and click Capture To Clipboard.
- Paste the captured image into an application supporting image content (example: Microsoft Paint or Microsoft Word).
- Save the pasted image in the desired file format.
