不具合
Layers with a forward slash in the name return the following error message, "ERROR 000732 Input Features: Dataset <dataset 5/24> does not exist or is not supported", in geoprocessing tools in ArcMap 10.7.1.

By design in ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro data names cannot contain any of these characters: \ / : * ? & " < > | , nor can they start with a number. This is system-wide and same in the UI and in Python for all tools.対処法
- Replace the slashes with spaces or underscores.
- In python, replace layer.name with layer.nameString.
