不具合
Layers included as legend items beneath a layer symbolized on Categories or Quantities can display unevenly, depending on the number of classes or values in the top layer and the number of columns the legend is set to display.

Currently, we have no plans to address this issue.対処法
a) Set the single layer first, convert the legend to graphics and then manually reorganize it, b) Choose to draw the legend in a number of columns that does go into 36 perfectly (5, for example) or 1, c) Change the number of unique values so that it matches up to the dividing by columns.再現の手順
