In version 2.3 we added support for pop-ups.対処法
If the map service is added as a dynamic layer, this problem doesn't occur. But using this workaround is not feasible in the user's case since they are looking to enable identify/info popup on those map service layers.Update (4/8/2011): in version 2.3 it will be possible to configure pop-up windows to enable identify on dynamic (and tiles) layers.再現の手順
