The Zoom to Full Extent command doesn't account for symbol sizes. Converting labels to annotations at the full extent does and expands the extent to account for symbolization. This slight difference, causes labeling to change in some cases. To have consistent placement either: 1. Zoom to full extent and then convert for the full extent OR 2. Set a custom full extent for the version of the full extent you prefer (symbolized or not).再現の手順
