The reported issue, as it’s described, cannot be reproduced within the currently released build of the software.対処法
1. Open a new map document.2. Go to Tools > Options and under the Dialog Connections tab, update the proxy username and password.3. Apply the changes and exit ArcMap.When the user opens the existing maps, it uses the updated proxy information and does not prompt with incorrect credentials.再現の手順
