This issue has been addressed with 10.61. Tested the workflow using the uses data and the Join Features tool is working as expected.対処法
- Create a new folder in the file explorer.
- In ArcMap (if the table is not in CSV format), export the table to an Excel file and save it as a CSV file.
- In ArcMap, export the feature classes to shapefiles, and save them in the created folder.
- Zip the folder and manually upload the content to Portal for ArcGIS.
- Once the service is created, add the layers to a web map. Separately add the CSV file to the web map as a table.
- Perform the Join Features.
