The issue results from the Python requests library getting upgraded to 2.32.0 during the untools package installation. The issue has been resolved in the next release of the Python API but cannot be backported to the 2.3.x releases because of Python version requirements. In environments with 2.3.x, the requests library must be pinned to >=2.30.0 <2.32.0.対処法
