Installing the ArcGIS Survey123 website application in a disconnected secured environment behind an IIS reverse proxy causes the ‘thankYou screen.svg’ image fails to load when submitting surveys. This results in 404 errors in IIS logs due to improper handling of static assets in the reverse proxy configuration.
