This issue is fixed in ArcGIS GeoEnrichment Server 11.3.

対処法

Remove or rename this folder, which contains the semantic search library that enables the 'Find related variables' feature located at the following folder path:

C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\GeoEnrichment\framework\resources.

For example, rename the folder:

C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\GeoEnrichment\framework\resources_bak.

After renaming the folder, the data installation works as expected using the ArcGIS GeoEnrichment Server data management utility. This issue is fixed in ArcGIS GeoEnrichment Server 11.3.
