不具合
Indicators in dashboards built with ArcGIS Dashboards Classic (formerly Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS) refer to maps using RD basemaps return the following error message when a map is in action, "Cannot Access Data."

参考情報
The issue is non-reproducible when tested with ArcGIS Online June 2021 release.対処法
Duplicate the indicator widget and remove the old one.
Note: The map action is broken. Adding a map action which links to the duplicated indicator, returns the error message.
