This issue will not be addressed within the current product support cycle. The issue is resolved for map services published from ArcGIS Pro in BUG-000140112. If the issue occurs, contact Technical Support.対処法
Move the data from the Oracle Database to a file geodatabase and publish the data to ArcGIS Server.
