参考情報

The workflow outlined in this bug first has the user save the layer followed by the web map. This causes the label information to be saved to the service. When the service is overwritten, the label information is subsequently lost. If the label information needs to be retained in the web map so that the service can be overwritten, the label information must be saved to the web map, not the service: 1) enable or configure labels 2) save the web map (not layer)
