不具合
In Visual Studio, in the New Project dialog box, selecting target Framework 2.0 or 3.0 shows Visual Basic ArcGIS Explorer project templates; this is not supported and gives errors if used. It does not affect C#.

User should not choose to target frameworks 2.0 or 3.0, as this is not supported. At the next release, templates will be fixed so they are hidden for Visual Basic if targetting再現の手順
