In the home page item gallery, when the apps shared in the group are from a different organization, users cannot directly access it in the gallery cards.

対処法

Workaround 1:

Access the apps from the item details page in the group instead of the home page.

Workaround 2:

Enable the View Gallery option when configuring the gallery on the home page; users can access the group and open the items from there.
