In the Default Basemap drop-down list, Custom Basemap is not listed after setting a custom basemap as the basemap in the Basemap Gallery.

This is as designed. The webmap needs to also be shared with the organization. The basemap gallery setting is something that applies to all users of the organization and they have to be able to see that webmap in order to use it. Hence, it needs to be shared at least to the organization as well as to the designated basemap group.再現の手順
