In the ArcGIS Survey123 website, in editing mode, groups cannot expand when the 'Collapse by default' setting is selected in the Appearance section.

The design preview area is not interactive. Live preview can be enabled by clicking the 'Preview' button before publishing the survey.対処法
Configure the survey fully and select the 'Collapse by default' setting for the groups when the survey is ready to be published.
