In the ArcGIS Survey123 web app, changing the option 'What can viewers do?' in the Collaborate tab does not retain the changes made when the page is refreshed.

対処法

Go to the item details page of the individual hosted feature layer view. Depending on the options needed, turn export data on or off in the settings.

For example:

·      Export data – on = View and export data

·      Export data – off = View data only
