不具合
In the ArcGIS Survey123 app (version 3.17.68), when trying to access a survey implementing URL-parameters, the survey app starts a loop trying to download or access the survey if 'Open the survey in the Survey123 app directly' is selected in the 'Share this survey' section in the Collaborate tab.

The Open parameter is only supported when using web form URL and not the field app URL.対処法
In the 'Share this survey' section, select 'Ask the user how to open the survey, in the browser or Survey123 app' instead of 'Open the survey in the Survey123 app directly'.
