In the ArcGIS Pro Python toolbox, choosing a value such as 'BaB' from a parameter list of similar values (e.g. 'bab', 'BAB', 'BAb', and 'BaB') is case-insensitive and switches to the first value found in the list (such as 'bab' from the example given).
