不具合
In Portal for ArcGIS, setting the 'Share to your Organization' option to 'False' for the Share Item request with the Portal Directory API or Sharing API deletes the item's group sharing settings, except for groups in which the user initiating the request is also a member.

Private items, that are not shared with the organization or the public can only be shared with groups that the item owner can contribute. It is expected that updating the share level of an item from 'Organization' to 'Private' automatically unshares the item from groups to which the item owner cannot contribute.
