In Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS, a feature service published using a spatiotemporal big data store from the GeoEvent extension does not honor the refresh interval set in the Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online webmap.

対処法
Workaround 1. Under the refresh settings, select the refresh type as ‘Use a single interval to update data sources’. Workaround 2. Under the configure map settings for operation view, select the layer to be dynamic. Additional Information:Operation Dashboard honors the settings for layer’s refresh interval with any other feature service published to ArcGIS GIS Server.再現の手順
