対処法
Replace the dataset name in the Open Data dataset URL with Item ID in ArcGIS Online. so the original URL is;<a href="http://nicolepdf-cssl18.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/pdf-test" target="_blank">http://nicolepdf-cssl18.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/pdf-test</a>And after adding Item ID;<a href="http://nicolepdf-cssl18.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/eebd181c02aa486b8c4396daa01b2844" target="_blank">http://nicolepdf-cssl18.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/eebd181c02aa486b8c4396daa01b2844</a>Note: This workaround works in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox but not in Internet Explorer because of BUG-000108881.再現の手順
