In Business Analyst Online 10, switching from Bing to InfoGroup Business Search or vice versa results in an error: "There are no business results for your search. Try rewording you search or including a location."

Log out and log back in. Change to the vendor desired, for example Infogroup, or Bing and run the analysis.
