不具合
In ArcMap 10.8.2, there are missing symbols in a JPEG output when using a custom leader line labeling symbol.

This is a known limitation of ArcMap's output pipeline. The workaround is to set a default printer with a large page size as documented here: https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/faq-how-are-graphic-properties-set-for-exporting-printi-000009826対処法
The issue is non-reproducible when the paper and map page size is set as A4, respectively:
- Using the Esri default symbol.
- In ArcGIS Pro 3.1.2, using either the custom or Esri default symbol.
