不具合
In ArcMap 10, when using the older method of editing features, the Sketch tool is grayed out when a Z-enabled point and non Z-enabled layer are in the table of contents.

The issue is not reproducible when using the template style of editing in ArcMap. Ensure that in the "AdvancedArcMapSettings.exe" utility, the "Create features using templates" option (on the Editor tab) is selected.再現の手順
