In ArcGIS Viewer for Flex 3.7, ArcGIS Online basemaps are not displayed if a dynamic map service is used as the first basemap.

Two workarounds are available:- Arrange user’s basemaps so the ArcGIS Online basemap is listed first under ‘Selected Basemaps’. While the ArcGIS Online basemap is the default, this ensures that both basemaps are selectable.- Use a cached map service as a basemap instead of a dynamic map service, and this issue does not occur.再現の手順
