不具合
In ArcGIS Survey123 3.12 (Android), the decimal commas button does not work for decimal fields with Appearance set to Numbers when the device language is set to any locale which uses decimal commas (Netherlands, Spain, France, etc).

Change the Decimal question's Appearance to Calculator. This allows users to input integers with comma separators.
