In ArcGIS Pro, using the default indexed tiling format in the Create Vector Tile Package tool with a map containing fewer than 10,000 vertices, generates a vector tile package that will not display automatically in a web map when published to a vector tile service.

対処法
1. Use the Create Vector Tile Index tool and set the maximum vertex count appropriately. 2. Then use the Index Polygons in the Create Vector Tile Package tool and the resulting service should display as expected.再現の手順
