In ArcGIS Pro, the output image from an image service does not display similar to the raster data source if the 'Custom rendering defaults' option is unchecked.

This is as designed. Default rules for rendering image services are different than for rendering raster layers. As stated in the bug report, when all rendering settings are equal, the image service displays the similar to the source raster.再現の手順
