This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.1 and later.対処法
- Re-export the layer as a shapefile or feature class in a new file geodatabase.
- Publish as a hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online.
Note: However, the symbology is not preserved.
