不具合
In ArcGIS Pro, the Extract by Mask tool fails with the generic error, "Error: 999999", if the extension .tif is mentioned in the output file and the output location is a folder.

This bug is non-reproducible in the releases after ArcGIS Pro 2.4.3 (i.e. 2.5, 2.6, and the current development).対処法
The issue is not reproducible in ArcMap 10.7.1. If the issue persists, store the output in a file geodatabase.
