In ArcGIS Pro, the Create Relationship Class tool returns the "ERROR 000177 Relationship classes can only be created in the same database that contains the feature classes or tables" error message or "ERROR 000139 feature classes or tables that are related can only be in the same database" error message when attempting to run the tool again after creating one relationship class using .sde connection file stored in a mapped network drive.
