This behavior occurs in ArcGIS Pro as designed. A map layer in ArcGIS Pro serves as a string reference to a feature class from a geodatabase, rather than the file path to the feature class itself. As a result, the input feature layer becomes the string as opposed to the actual feature layer. ArcGIS Pro is designed to source the reference and use the source's file path, but does not convert the string map layer name to that file path. Thus, Local Server is given an invalid input on loading the affected geoprocessing package (GPKX) file. The solution is to use the File Explorer dialog box (or paste in the source feature class' file path) instead of using the map layer as input.対処法
