不具合
In ArcGIS Pro 3.5, running the Enable Network Topology tool with the Only Generate Errors advanced option enabled fails with error 160021 if dirty areas exist. These dirty areas remain uncleared even after the errors are corrected, blocking further runs without enabling topology.
