不具合
In ArcGIS Pro 2.9.3, the Enrich tool returns Error 160145: "The field is not nullable" when the feature class contains GlobalIDs.

This issue is not reproducible in both ArcGIS Pro 3.0 final release and ArcGIS Pro 3.1_40204 which is currently in development. Consider upgrading to the latest release of ArcGIS Pro if this issue persists in an earlier version.対処法
- Export the feature class into a file geodatabase and remove the Global ID field.
- Open the Enrich tool.
- Input the new exported feature class and add the desired variables.
- For Define areas to enrich, select Straight Line.
- Leave the rest as default.
- Click Run.
