This issue does not occur in the new version of ArcGIS Open Data, which is due to be released shortly (either by this week or the next week). Administrators of Open Data sites are recommended to upgrade to the new version.対処法
Store the data for the service in a database that supports case-insensitive queries such as SQL Server. ArcGIS Online hosted services support case-insensitive queries.再現の手順
