In ArcGIS Online, usernames are not automatically generated when adding members using a CSV file with the 'Add members without sending invitations' or 'Add members and notify them via email' method as stated in the following documentation: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/administer/invite-users.htm

This issue is fixed in the ArcGIS Online October 2023 release. The username is not optional, and the documentation is to be updated accordingly.対処法
Manually fill in the username in the CSV file before uploading the file to ArcGIS Online.
